"Leonard expertly repaired my slate walks and patio that had lifted and settled over time. The process included power washing the stones, laying and leveling fresh stone dust, then replacing the stone -- including replacing those that had broken. The pricing was fair and the work outstanding. I will use Leonard again and recommend him to friends and neighbors."

"I am very pleased with the work they did in my deck. They did everything I wanted done and even did extra to increase the strength and stability of the deck. No problems."

"We couldn’t be happier with our new Trex deck and highly recommend Sensible Home Products - Sensible Decks division. From the very beginning, Dave Magazu was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our existing deck, explained what was in good condition, what needed replacing , and answered all of our questions. Our project included a new Trex deck, rebuilt stairs, new railings, and custom-framed lattice around the deck and our existing sunroom. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Matt, George, Dave & Lucas arrived on time, worked hard, were respectful of our property, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and a company that truly stands behind its work, we highly recommend Sensible Decks. We would absolutely hire them again!"

Hired him to do certain things around my house and he did my deck, shudders, walkways, and windows is part of his cleaning and while he was here I asked him to to do my garage and he did and included them and no extra charge! His prices are reasonable and equal to others in are! Will have him back when needed!"
